The Smart Mill® CAM LINE is a series of microprocessing systems, which were constructed especially for the particular needs of dental technology. They are characterized by their compact structure and their particularly quiet operation.
The machines can handle zirconia, PMMA, composite, and wax blanks. The machine can also mill fully-anatomical indications, i.e. long-term temporary teeth. The open and license-free system can import STL-files from all common CAD applications. It is simple and quick to learn how to operate the machines with the CAM software that was developed specifically for these devices. A Jäger-high-frequency spindle with 60.000 rotationes/minute provides for the highest level of precision and outstanding material surfaces.
