LED is already integrated in various instruments of different manufacturers. However NSK makes it possible to combine LED with all existing light-turbines in practice through the new LED turbine-clutches (connection for NSK and KaVo).

Effectiveness and light-quality of the NSK LED sets itself apart in comparison to halogen-light through daylight-comparable color temperature. The system of the combination of a light guide with the light source LED optimizes the central cone of light on the abrasive wheel.
